Seychelles has a progressive income tax up to 15% — very low by global standards. No capital gains tax. The country is an established offshore financial centre (International Business Companies, trusts). Tourism dominates the formal economy. Business Tax (corporate tax) is 25% on the first SCR 1M, 33% above. The Seychelles Revenue Commission administers tax. EU blacklisted briefly in 2019 for harmful tax practices.

🇵🇱 PolandLocal & Municipal Taxes

Poland's 16 voivodeships do not levy their own income taxes. Municipalities collect property tax (podatek od nieruchomości) within national limits. The Polish Deal (Polski Ład) reforms of 2022 significantly changed income tax. A health insurance contribution (9% of income) is no longer deductible, effectively raising the burden. The JDG (sole proprietor) regime offers flat 19% or lump-sum options.
